Certain features may be offered in beta or early access and are provided "as is."
04Authorization for MAWD
By using MAWD, you authorize it to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant.
MAWD will not take high-impact actions (such as signing contracts or sending funds) without your authorization unless you enable such permissions.
You remain responsible for all actions taken through your account.
Fanded is not your attorney, accountant, financial advisor, or agent.
You may revoke MAWD permissions at any time.
05Fees and Payments
Certain features require payment, including subscription fees and usage-based charges.
Fanded may earn a percentage on transactions facilitated through the platform.
Fanded retains a platform fee from Fanded Clubs revenue, and payment processors may charge additional fees.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
06Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of all content and data you provide to the Services ("Your Content").
You grant Fanded a limited license to use Your Content solely to provide the Services.
Your data is not used to train shared AI models without your explicit consent.
Fan data collected through the Services belongs to you, subject to applicable law.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide Your Content.
07Acceptable Use
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Respect intellectual property and privacy rights.
- Do not upload malicious code or interfere with the Services.
- Do not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.

Fanded is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

FANDED WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS OR $100.
15Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Fanded against claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
16Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
17Dispute Resolution
You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally before initiating proceedings.
18Arbitration and Class Waiver
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
